- Filtered clunk assuring a smooth running engine.

Specifications:

8 ounce - Length 5” x Width 2” x Height 2” - Weight 1 ounce

These are perfect for the new emerging 10-26cc size spark ignition engines. In fact the Evolution 10cc recommends using a filter clunk configuration like these tanks offer. If you own an Evolution 10cc we highly recommend this tank. It is ok to use muffler pressure that the Evolution engines require. Average flight time with a DLE 20 is about 11 minutes.

12 ounce- Length 6 1/4” x Width 2 1/8” x Height 2 1/8” - Weight 1.4 ounces

All of our customers have been requesting a tank that will squeeze into a 20cc size aircraft and also work well in the 30cc size aircraft when slightly lower flight times are acceptable vs. our 16oz option. Well we have been listening and here is the answer! Average flight time with a DA35 is 12 minutes.

16 ounce - Length 7”x Width 2.5”x Height 2.5” - Weight 1.5 ounces

Compact size allows these to fit 30cc airplanes but they have large enough capacity for up to a 50cc airplanes. Average flight time with a DA50 is about 10 minutes.

32 ounce - Length 8.5” x Width 3” x Height 3” - Weight 2 ounces

Compact size allows these to be used in 60cc airplanes but have a large enough capacity for up to 120cc airplanes. Average flight time with a DA120 is 11 minutes.

These can also be used together if 64 oz's is needed. Use part #FORA1005 Tee Fittings 1/8" to plumb them together. Tee each vent line, fill line, and clunk line to each other. Then plumb your lines to the normal locations as if they were off a single tank. If you are using a dual carb engine such as a DA200, then you do not have to tee the clunks. Use one clunk line for each carb. The vent and fill fittings keep the tanks fuel level even during flight. Note this is the only approved method of plumbing two 32oz tanks to work in unison. If you plumb them any other method it will damage the tanks. Yes we have tested this and it works perfectly. In fact Andrew Jesky won the 2011 TAS using this very setup.
